We did really messed up finding our way to Bazaar. Since we were staying in Zermatt we thought it would be a few minutes walk and we took the GPS we set up at the hotel to guide us. Huge mistake. We had to climb hills, walk upwards where there was not road (pedestrian or otherwise) and had a very challenging, pre appetizing workout. Instead, we could have taken the skiers' elevator, situated in the main street of the town. The elevator lands right outside the door of Cervo hotel.
Besides the previous adventure, this was was a well-staffed proffessional venue, serving casual, non-touristic food. Its menu was mainly vegetarian with the exception of the Cervo Burger. An exciting part of the Eastern-inspired menu theme, Bazaar also served dim sum. On the day of the visit, a Tuesday in October 24, we tried a few dim sum including the Brie with Truffle, the Shiitake mushrooms and the Ricotta.
