A brilliant partnership between two talented chefs resulted in a family of local restaurants.Castle Terrace Restaurant is one of them.
Nestled underneath Edinburgh castle, Castle Terrace is one venue surely not to miss.
An inviting, large bar / waiting area near its entrance, is perfect for an aperitif before dinner. Decorated in minimalist forms, the restaurant Castle Terrace has a capacity of approximately 50 diners. On the day of the visit there wasn't one particular type of guests, rather they came from all ages, but they were mostly couples.
We were impressed by the skills of Dominic Jack, early on, from the level of his amuse bouche; three tiny bits of burger goodness and a mango dish served in an egg presentation.
