Review written 10/2021.
Situated in the heart of Nice, Les Agitateurs is a small, new age, fine dining, Michelin restaurant. There were only a few tables in the ground floor which could seat maybe 20 guests but we saw a few people going upstairs as well. Parking is tough around the area so allocate some time to drive around to find one.
On the day of the visit, we had the medium size degustation menu for €98. It included seabass and pigeon among others. The combinations, the raw materials, the preparations... all worth the star. An adventurous menu which promises this restaurant is going places. The whole experience creates an excitement that we kind of saw ahead of the booking and was the reason we insisted on getting this reservation. But booking this reservation turned out to be quite difficult.
Eventually, it was sorted out nevertheless. We emailed the restaurant a few days prior to the reservation, for a Sunday booking...
