Patrick Raingeard has kept its classic value even after Covid19.
On the day of the visit, we had the lowest in terms of cost degustation menu, Emotion for 130€. It included: Tortellinis de courge de Nice aux cèpes, Foie gras de canard fumé, émulsion de poule au poivre et gingembre confit, Rouget de Méditerranée rôti au balsamique, Petits légumes croquants au citron et mélisse, Filet de bœuf de Coutancie au jus brun iodé et moelleChoux et légumes des restanques pochés aux huîtres, Pure chocolate Olive noir et grué de cacao.
Everything was properly prepared though a few dishes had less salt thus low intensity. Dishes were masterfully presented, and service was amazing. Highest quality ingredients in adventurous combinations, such Chocolate with black Olive and pumpkin tortellini with foie gras...
