The interior space of The Kitchin restaurant was not particularly elegant, rather it was simple with earthy tones. Upon settling down, one senses the relaxed vibes of the popular spot.
But do braise yourself, cause you are about to be introduced to some unusual meat dishes from nature to plate, like chef owner Tom Kitchin's book says.
During the winter, The Kitchin serves unique game pates and heart-warming meat dishes. The chef owner Tom is very skillful at taking secondary meat cuts (such as bone marrow and pig's head) and turning them into spectacular meat feasts. Although this kind of cooking does not cost a lot, it is time consuming and requires highly skillful hands. The result was exceptional.
Desserts were simple and not so impressive, but they did have an ad for a patisserie, so they must have hired one by now...
