Some of the food combinations may strike one as odd. For instance the cinammon cured fish was served with beure blanc, there was an abandance of cinammon on some dishes, and some flat reductions / sauces need refinement. However, we did love the Lasagnetta as it was the highlight of our choices. The muton was quite tough and difficult to process. Sous vide would have done the trick.
Service was friendly and efficient.
Pricing was a bit high for the small portions. We had to eat a lot of bready. The setting was traditional, in the heart of the Italian village Alserio.
