"This City Hall is so glamorous, it looks more like a palace."

San Sebastian's City Hall is so glamorous, it looks more like a palace. Used to be a casino so that may justify the flamboyant exterior.

Its location near the La Concha Beach and the Alderdi-Eder Park means that you may stumble upon if you stroll on the promenade.
