A bit monotonous in architecture the Constitution Square (Plaza de la Constitución) is a central part of San Sebastian's Parte Vieja (old town). Besides being an area where celebrations happen, it is lined with coffee shops for tourists so it has visitors all year long. It dates back in 1817 and surprise-surprise it used to be a bullring. That would explain the numbered apartments around it, as they served as viewing boxes.
