From the site description, this restaurant sounded like it was situated somewhere in the green hills of the Como area. Instead, it was slightly off the main Viaregio road. It is part of the Sheraton hotel though it is located in a separate, historic building across the street from it.
On the day of the visit, we had the Experience menu for €115 which it included 5 dishes. Compared to other Europe restaurants offering 10-12 dishes for this price, Italian Michelin Restaurants keep their dish number low (and the price high) for their degustation menus. On the dinner menu, we had vegetable ravioli, pasta with Foie Gras, scallops, pigeon and dessert. All the dishes were delicious and nicely presented, suitable for the restaurant's star level. They were however coming out of the kitchen very slowly, though service was professional and fast.
To sum.....
