Situated in a breathtaking location very close to Genova, Capo Santa Chiara is an upscale restaurant which serves a lot of fish dishes.
On the day of the visit we had prawn carpacio, salted cold in beer batter, a beer risotto, and grilled prawns. Some of them where hits and some of them were misses. The biggest miss was the risotto. It shouldn't be served at all. It was bitter with a strange aftertaste. The rest of the items were all properly prepared and tasted fresh. A glimpse at the kitchen when entering, it seems that this restaurant was working properly and profesionally. With some fine tuning, a star might be next. Of course seasonality is a big factor for a restaurant in such a location.
Service staff was professional and spoke English.
