"You can take the wine tasting but don't forget their EVOO."

If you are ever in the Chianti area, Albergo Fattoria Casafrassi winery is a must for two reasons. Their house olive oil and their wine. You can take the wine tasting and try not only their appellation wines but their marvelous, velvety extra virgin oil, produced with the cold method as they mentioned. The premises are no big deal (it is a small hotel), but the EVOO is so good!
