Just like Valence (Maison Pic) and Puymirol (Michel Trama), Colle di Val d’Elsa is a town made famous by a chef. It is the hometown of chef Gaetano Trovato, one of the two Arnolfo brothers.

Gastronomy aside, the small charming medieval town in Siena Tuscany, has 20,000 inhabitants...
