Bruges became more famous lately due to a movie, and it has always been a close destination for Brits coming in Belgium through the sea. The fact is, though, the historic center of Bruges has been around for a really long time, retaining its medieval architecture and picturesque appearance.
Hundreds of restaurants and cafes allow visitors to enjoy both local food and the wonderful night ambience of Bruges. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
