The restaurant at the 4* hotel Le Grand Coeur & Spa is a classic, simple, French restaurant, mostly for skiers in the Meribel area.
On the day of the visit we had beef carpacio, beef tartar and scallops. Prices ranged ffom €30-50 for each dish which seemed on the high end. Although beef tartar was supposed to be prepared on the table, according to our preferences, our request for non spicy prep was not heard.
Service was adequate. The young staff accomodated our requests.
