Literary hidden in a dark alley, Au passage restaurant defines modern French bistro cuisine. Its unpretentious environment is very casual and relaxed but the food is interesting.
On the day of the visit we tried the foie parfait (€8), the burata tartar (€8) and the Lapin braise (€10).
All the dishes were delicious, including the lapin (rabbit leg). Tender, fresh and perfectly cooked with delicate aromas and jus, the dish became a dip with the wonderful crunchy French bread.
Service at Le Baratin was friendly French without any attitude and the environment very cozy.
