"The world is a sweeter place because of this town!"

Located in the north side of Lake Geneva, Charley Chaplin's and Nestle's Vevey, has changed the world forever. Thanks to Vevey and its inhabitants, actually one in particular, the world is a sweeter place. In 1875, Daniel Peter gave milk chocolate to the world, from Vevey. The world owes some respect to this town! It is very close to Lausanne by car and a visit to its water promenade is a good idea.
