"Beautiful but not so popular basilica of the Theatines."

If this church located in Piazza Vidoni, Rome, was in a different city, it would probably be popular and people would be awestruck by it. But Basilica Sant’ Andrea della Valle is in Rome, where bigger and better things await. Thus, it does not have the usual queues or fees for entrance. The basilica belongs to the religious order of the Theatines and it is decorated in luxurious gold design, being the works of Borromini and Maderno.
