The degustation priced at €145 (on the day of the visit) seemed like a bargain in this €1k per night hotel.
Menu included crab, scallops, risotto, and quail. In a few words, ingredients were fresh and preparations were fine. However, some dishes needed better seasoning and that little extra that takes food to the ultimate level
Young staff was bery professional and efficient.
