The most successful restaurant entrepreneur that came out of Greece is called Apostolos Tristelis. A former pharmacist / restaurant owner, won not 1 but 2 Michelin Stars for his most famous endeavor, Spondi.
Moving on, he created Hytra, followed by Galazia (Blue) Hytra which is the Summer version. Galazia Hytra is located in the Westin Athens Astir Palace Beach Resort, in Asteras Vouliagmenis complex. Set on a balcony on a high floor with breathtaking views of the Aegean.
