Seasons Oriental dates back in the 90s when everybody was into Chinese. It was like the Japanese era we are seeing now. The restaurant was fortunate enough to recruit an amazing chef from Hong Kong back then, Kenny Keung, who stayed for more than 20 years. Nowadays, Seasons Oriental has been renovated and still serves the finest DimSum in the island.
A popular spot for both hotel visitors and locals, the restaurant’s Friday and Saturday reservations are difficult, so plan ahead. Seasons Oriental is a heaven for dumpling junkies. Crab, lobster, duck, black truffles, you name it, are some of the available supreme flavors, cooked and served in different dumpling ways.
On the day of the visit, the Sea Bass, which by the way is best steamed not fried, was excellent...
