Update March 2018: The restaurant is now closed.

No Reservations restaurant is located in the center of Nicosia, right on the busiest street near the old town area. It is a family business, owned by the couple Martino and Monica Speciale.

Expect to taste complex techniques (very unusual to be displayed in a Nicosia restaurant), local produce cooked in innovative recipes and very high value for money.

Just to think that all of this is basically a one man show. The Italian chef, Martino does all this by himself! His technical skills are unsurpassed. Cypriots are so lucky to have him.

With all the financial turmoil in Cyprus, No Reservations has recently adopted a more affordable and simpler menu so the food looks simpler than it did a few years ago...
