"Main building is not the Castle featured on web but still a classic hotel"

Castello Dal Pozzo includes a Palazzo which is the actual hotel with the rooms, breakfast area, reception, bar etc and a historic Castle which is adjacent, not attached, to the hotel. The hotel's website has as a main feature the Castle which may be interpreted as the actual living area which was not on the day of the visit. Reception informed us that the castle was being used for events and during pick season for its rooms.

This being clarified, Castello Dal Pozzo is a peaceful, village / close to the lake type of facility, with simple yet adequate rooms. The decoration of the hotel is simple and classic and the staff was helpful on the day of the visit...
