Attempting to book a culinary package deal on this hotel's website, we ended up paying 629 Euro for one night stay! For this price, we expected perfection and then a bit more, to justify this crazy amount. It wasn't.
We experienced many things which were not suitable for the 629 Euro per night rate, during our stay. Those included: a broken curtain, dark shower, difficult shower and lighting systems, entrance to the rooms through the kitchen (a 2 star Michelin kitchen to be accurate), but most importantly, this hotel had poor service on the day of the visit.
First, no one helped us with our luggage, from and to the basement parking...
